Hi, I'm Jenn Minter, co-founder of Busy Mama Kitchen, wife to my amazing husband Alex, proud mom of three incredible boys, Navy veteran, and someone who truly understands what it's like to juggle all the things.

Like so many busy families, I used to feel like dinner was one more thing on an already overwhelming to-do list. Between work, sports, school, military life, and everyday chaos, I wanted meals that didn't require hours in the kitchen or leave me with a mountain of dishes afterward. That's what sparked my passion for helping others simplify mealtime.

For the past several years, I've helped thousands of families discover that cooking doesn't have to be complicated to be delicious. I love sharing practical kitchen tips, time-saving techniques, and recipes that make life easier—whether you're feeding toddlers, teenagers, picky eaters, or just trying to get dinner on the table before everyone asks, "What's for dinner?"

My own journey has also taught me the importance of showing up for yourself. Over the last year, I've made my health a priority, losing more than 60 pounds through consistency, healthier habits, and refusing to give up. That same mindset carries into everything I do—helping others build confidence in the kitchen, one meal at a time.

Busy Mama Kitchen was created because Jennifer and I believe the kitchen should be a place where families connect, memories are made, and cooking feels fun instead of stressful. Whether you're joining one of our workshops, looking for quick meal inspiration, or searching for tools that make life easier, our goal is to help you spend less time stressing and more time enjoying the people around your table.

When I'm not in the kitchen, you'll usually find me at the gym, cheering on my boys, planning my next adventure, or dreaming up new ways to help busy families fall in love with cooking again.
