Jennifer White

Hi, I'm Jennifer White, co-founder of Busy Mama Kitchen, wife to my best friend for more than 23 years, and proud mom of four amazing children: Elizabeth (23), Victoria (21), Liam (16), and Lucas (11). My family has always been the center of my world, and some of our best memories have been created around the kitchen table—sharing meals, celebrating milestones, and simply spending time together after busy days.

Cooking has been a lifelong passion of mine. For me, food has never been just about feeding people; it's about creating experiences, building connections, and showing love. Whether I'm trying a new recipe, hosting friends and family, teaching kitchen skills, or helping someone gain confidence in cooking for themselves, I find joy in bringing people together through food.

Over the years, I've built a career helping others, growing communities, and encouraging people to step outside their comfort zones. Those experiences, combined with my love for cooking and connecting with others, ultimately led to the creation of Busy Mama Kitchen. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where people can learn, laugh, build confidence, and create lasting memories while discovering the joy of cooking.

When I'm not in the kitchen, you'll likely find me spending time with my family, working on new business ideas, staying active, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, going to concerts or dreaming up the next workshop experience for our guests. I truly believe that some of life's most meaningful moments happen when people gather around a table, and I'm excited to help create those moments for others through Busy Mama Kitchen.
